Vestil Hydraulic Post Tables are highly effective in material handling facilities, offering versatility across a range of environments, from lifting dies and castings to moving machine parts. These tables feature telescoping corner posts that provide stabilization and full support for the load during operation, keeping the platform steady even as it moves through its full service range.

For smooth mobility, the units are equipped with two locking swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters, letting operators secure the table in place once positioned. The lifting and lowering mechanism is user-friendly and available with a single-speed foot pump, a two-speed foot pump, or a two-speed auto shifter that automatically adjusts to the load. This flexibility makes the tables ideal for dynamic industrial settings requiring precise load management. Twenty-four configurations are available across eight capacity tiers and multiple platform sizes.

Selection Guide:

♦ Capacity, from 200 lbs up to 6,000 lbs, should be selected based on the weight of the dies, castings, or machine parts being handled.

♦ Platform size, from 16"x16" to 48"x48", should be selected based on the footprint of the load to be positioned.

♦ Pump mechanism, single-speed foot pump, two-speed foot pump, or two-speed auto shifter: select based on how much manual pumping effort you want to minimize; the auto shifter automatically adjusts to the load for the least operator effort.

♦ Caster configuration: two locking swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters provide both mobility and secure positioning once the table is in place.
