Vestil LDLT-Series Long Deck Die Cart, Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Cart for Long Loads

The Vestil Long Deck Die Cart is ideally suited for handling sheet and strip materials, ergonomically positioning loads, and managing long, awkward material loads. Its platform height is easily adjustable via a manual hydraulic foot pump, letting operators dial in the exact working height without setting the load down.

The structural steel base is designed to distribute loads evenly, enhancing stability and safety across the full length of the deck. This unit is equipped with four 5" x 2" swivel poly-on-steel casters and dual floor locks for excellent maneuverability and secure positioning once the cart is in place. The deck is robust, with a thickness of 1/4", built to hold up under repeated heavy loading.

An optional DC Power System, including a 12V battery, battery charger, and an indicator, is available for facilities that prefer powered convenience to manual foot-pump operation. Seven configurations are available across four lengths and two capacity tiers.

♦ LDLT-3096, 30" wide x 96" long. Service range 31" to 49". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as LDLT-3060, but at a greater length.

♦ LDLT-3096-4, 30" wide x 96" long. Service range 31" to 49". Capacity 4,000 lbs. Same construction and features as LDLT-3096, with higher capacity.

♦ LDLT-30120, 30" wide x 120" long. Service range 31" to 49". Capacity 2,000 lbs. The longest model in this lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Length, from 60" up to 120", select based on the length of the sheet, strip, or long material being transported and positioned.

♦ Capacity: 2,000 or 4,000 lbs; select based on the weight of the material being handled, keeping in mind that the 4,000 lb upgrade is currently only available at 60", 72", and 96" lengths.

♦ Optional DC power system: choose the powered option for facilities that prefer battery-powered lifting over manual foot-pump operation, particularly useful for frequent height adjustments throughout a shift.
