Raise your loading dock safety standards with the Vestil DJG-100 Dock Barricade Gate, a powered barrier designed to help prevent trailer creep, early pull-aways, and dangerous exposure at the dock edge during loading and unloading.
This next-generation dock safety system uses an electric, hydraulic power unit for fast, effortless operation. When deployed, the barricade arm is engineered to stop a 4,000-lb loaded truck traveling up to 4 mph, providing your team with a serious physical barrier at the dock face where mistakes can turn into major incidents.
Operation is electronic and includes a bumper-style safety stop circuit that senses obstructions while lowering to help reduce pinch or crush risks. Installation is straightforward: anchor the unit to the floor and plug it in.
Each unit includes a lock bar on the arm post to restrict the barricade arm's rotation. A padlock can be added for additional control; a padlock is not included.
