Wesco Electric High Lift Pallet Truck | 3.3" to 31" Lift, 2,200 or 3,000 lb

The Wesco Electric High Lift Pallet Truck combines the mobility of a standard pallet truck with an electric-powered lift to 31" working height. The unit transports palletized loads across the facility floor and raises them to an ergonomic working height at the destination, eliminating the need for a separate lift table at staging, packing, or assembly positions. A 12V battery with an onboard charger powers the electric lift.

Four models cover two capacity tiers (2,200 and 3,000 lbs) and two fork widths (21" and 27"). All models use 45" long forks and share a 3.3" to 31" travel range.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Capacity, 2,200 lb vs. 3,000 lb, models 272460 and 272461 handle 2,200 lbs. Models 272939 and 272937 handle 3,000 lbs. Select a model rated comfortably above the maximum expected load weight. The 3,000-lb models handle the heaviest palletized loads without requiring powered forklift equipment.

♦ Fork width, 21" vs. 27", the 21" models (272939 and 272460) suit standard pallet entry widths. The 27" models (272937 and 272461) provide a wider fork spread for pallets requiring greater lateral support or where the 21" width is insufficient for the pallet entry opening.

♦ Electric high lift truck vs. dedicated skid positioners, the Wesco electric high lift truck is designed for operations that need both transport and lift in one unit, moving loads from one location to another and then raising them at the destination. If the application is purely positional (raising a skid at a fixed station without transporting it over long distances), a dedicated skid lifter, such as the Bishamon LVE or Lift Products MJHLE, may be more appropriate.

♦ Wesco high lift truck vs. Wesco manual high lift truck, the electric models eliminate manual pump effort for lifting, making them suited to higher-frequency use and heavier loads where manual pumping would limit throughput or cause fatigue. Where Commonly Used:

♦ Warehouse Receiving and Staging, receiving operations, transporting inbound palletized freight from the dock to staging, and raising it to inspection or processing height. Use the electric high-lift truck for battery-powered transport and lifting in one unit, without returning to a separate lift table.

♦ Shipping and Packing Station Supply: shipping and packing departments transport palletized product to the packing station and raise it to packing height, using an electric high-lift truck to eliminate floor-level bending during order assembly and label application across high-volume packing operations.

♦ Production Parts and Material Supply, production support operations delivering palletized raw materials or sub-assemblies to work cells and raising them to working height at the production position. Use the 3,000-lb models for heavier pallets that lighter-capacity high-lift trucks cannot handle.

♦ Distribution and Fulfillment Order Picking, distribution operations where workers pick orders from palletized inventory use the electric high lift truck to raise the pallet to a consistent picking height at the pick position, reducing progressive bending as the pallet height decreases through the pick cycle.
