Wesco Platform Hydraulic Stacker | 1,000 lb, Two Platform Sizes

Wesco Platform Model Hydraulic Stackers

Wesco Platform Hydraulic Stacker | 1,000 lb, Two Platform Sizes, 60" to 80" Lift

The Wesco Platform Hydraulic Stacker is a manual foot-pump hydraulic stacker with a flat platform for lifting, positioning, and stacking bins, boxes, equipment components, and other non-palletized loads that cannot be handled by fork-style stackers. A foot pedal controls both the raise and lower functions, keeping the operator's hands free to guide the load during lifting and positioning. The one-piece platform guide rail provides structural rigidity for consistent long-term performance under repeated use.

Three safety features are standard on every model: floor locks, a safety screen, and a floor guard. Five-inch front phenolic wheels and 4" rear phenolic swivel casters provide smooth maneuverability. All models lower to 5.75" for loading from near-ground level. A 1-year warranty is included.

Six models cover two platform sizes and three raised heights. All models are rated at 1,000 lb capacity.

Models and Specifications:

♦ 260032, 24" x 24" platform. Maximum raised height 60". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Foot-pedal raise/lower. Floor locks, safety screen, floor guard. 5" front phenolic wheels, 4" rear phenolic swivel casters. One-piece guide rail. 1-year warranty.

♦ 260033, 24" x 24" platform. Maximum raised height 68". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same spec as 260032 at a greater height.

♦ 260034, 24" x 24" platform. Maximum raised height 80". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same spec as 260032 at the greatest raised height. The tallest 24" x 24" platform model.

♦ 260038, 32" x 30" platform. Maximum raised height 60". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Foot-pedal raise/lower. Floor locks, safety screen, floor guard. 5" front phenolic wheels, 4" rear phenolic swivel casters. One-piece guide rail. 1-year warranty. Larger platform for loads that require more surface area than the 24" x 24" models provide.

♦ 260039, 32" x 30" platform. Maximum raised height 68". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same spec as 260038 at a greater height.

♦ 260040, 32" x 30" platform. Maximum raised height 80". Lowered height 5.75". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same spec as 260038 at the greatest raised height. The tallest 32" x 30" platform model and the tallest model in the Wesco platform stacker lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Platform size: 24" x 24" vs. 32" x 30". The 24" x 24" platform suits standard bins, totes, and smaller load footprints. The 32" x 30" platform provides a larger surface for wider or longer loads that would overhang or be unstable on the smaller platform. Both platform sizes are available at all three raised heights.

♦ Maximum raised height: 60", 68", or 80". Select the model with a raised height at or above the highest position needed in the application. The 80" models provide the most flexibility for elevated rack positions and high stacking requirements. If only lower heights are needed, the 60" or 68" models may be sufficient and are lower cost.

♦ Lowered height, 5.75", all models lower to 5.75" suited for loading from low carts, floor-level staging, and ground-level sources without requiring a ramp or elevated staging surface.

♦ Platform stacker vs. fork-model stacker, the platform stacker is appropriate for loads that cannot be handled by forked bins, totes, boxes, equipment, and irregular shapes. The Wesco SFL fork model and straddle fork stacker are appropriate for standard pallet loads. Choose the platform model when the load requires a flat surface for stable support.

♦ One-piece guide rail, the one-piece platform guide rail maintains platform alignment and structural rigidity under repeated daily use. This is a durability feature specific to the Wesco platform model, unlike multi-piece guide rail designs.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Warehouse Bin and Tote Stacking, warehouse and distribution operations stacking bins and totes at elevated rack or shelf positions, use the platform stacker for manual hydraulic lift to 60", 68", or 80" without requiring pallet fork compatibility.

♦ Production Parts and Component Staging, production support areas staging equipment components, sub-assemblies, and supply containers at elevated positions for assembly or processing. Use the platform stacker to lift non-pallet loads to the work height needed for the production step.

♦ Stockroom and Backroom Elevated Storage, retail and distribution stockrooms placing boxed inventory, equipment, and supplies at elevated shelf or rack positions, use the platform stacker for controlled manual lifting without fork-style compatibility requirements.

♦ Maintenance Equipment and Parts Positioning, maintenance departments lifting heavy components, toolboxes, and equipment at service positions use the platform stacker for stable, flat-surface support during elevated positioning tasks that fork-type stackers cannot accommodate.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is the manufacturer’s warranty included with my purchase?
Yes. All products sold on CustomMHS.com include the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted. Custom MHS is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, which means your purchase is covered by the manufacturer's full factory warranty.
What is the Wesco platform hydraulic stacker used for?
The Wesco platform hydraulic stacker is a manual lifting solution designed to raise, transport, and position materials on a stable platform. It is ideal for handling non-palletized items, containers, or custom loads that require a flat surface rather than forklifts. Foot-pedal lift and lowering controls provide smooth, controlled elevation. This stacker is a practical choice for ergonomic material handling in warehouses and industrial work areas.
How does the platform design improve handling versatility?
A flat platform allows operators to lift a wide range of materials that may not fit standard pallet forks. This makes the stacker useful for bins, boxes, equipment components, and irregular loads. The platform provides stable support during lifting and transport. This versatility makes it a strong solution for a range of handling tasks across workstations.
How do safety features such as floor locks and a safety screen support operations?
Floor locks help prevent unwanted movement while lifting or loading, adding stability during operation. A built-in safety screen provides protection by creating a barrier between the operator and the load. These features improve control and reduce risk in active work environments. Together, they support safer and more confident material handling.
Where does this platform hydraulic stacker perform best?
This stacker performs well in warehouses, workshops, production areas, and shipping departments, where materials must be lifted and positioned without a forklift. It is especially useful in tight spaces where precise manual control is important. The phenolic wheels support smooth rolling on many industrial floor surfaces. Any facility needing ergonomic lifting for platform-based loads can benefit from this equipment.
How does foot-pedal lifting improve workflow efficiency?
Foot-pedal lift-and-lower controls allow operators to raise loads gradually with minimal physical effort. This supports accurate positioning at workstations and reduces wasted motion during repetitive handling tasks. Keeping materials at the right height improves comfort and productivity. Over time, the stacker contributes to a smoother workflow and better organization.
