Eagle Group 2-Shelf Wire Utility Carts are engineered with a patented QuadTruss design, making the shelves up to 25 percent stronger than standard wire construction and adding a built-in retaining ledge for improved load stability and product retention during transport.

Every cart in this lineup ships as a complete package: two handles, two posts, four casters, and two shelves. Standard 5" resilient rubber casters support up to 800 lbs, while optional polyurethane casters raise capacity to 1,200 lbs. Three finish options are available. EAGLEbrite offers a bright, economical zinc finish. Chrome Plated delivers a polished, corrosion-resistant surface for foodservice and healthcare settings. Stainless Steel provides the highest level of corrosion resistance and is well suited to washdown and sanitation-sensitive environments. Twenty-seven configurations are available across nine sizes and all three finishes.

Selection Guide:

Finish: EAGLEbrite, Chrome Plated, or Stainless Steel. EAGLEbrite is the most economical option for dry, general-purpose environments. Chrome Plated adds a polished appearance and good corrosion resistance for foodservice and healthcare use. Stainless Steel offers the highest corrosion resistance and is the standard choice for washdown, sanitation-critical, or high-moisture environments, at a significantly higher price point than the other two finishes.

Size: from 18"x36" to 24"x60"; select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

Caster type and capacity: standard 5" resilient rubber casters support 800 lbs. Optional polyurethane casters raise capacity to 1,200 lbs. 

QuadTruss shelf strength, the patented QuadTruss design, and the retaining ledge provide meaningfully stronger, more stable shelving than a standard wire cart, making it worth prioritizing for heavier or less stable loads.

Warehouse and Distribution General Transport, warehouses and distribution centers use the more economical EAGLEbrite finish for everyday transport of supplies and materials in dry, general-purpose environments.

Heavy or Unstable Load Transport: operations moving heavier or less stable loads use the QuadTruss shelf design and retaining ledge for added strength and product containment compared to standard wire shelving.
