The Jamco ES-Series Steel Service Cart features robust all-welded construction, apart from the casters, for maximum durability. Twelve-gauge steel shelves, 3/16" thick angle corners, and 12-gauge caster mounts provide the structural strength needed for daily industrial use. Bolt-on casters, two rigid and two swivel, allow for easy replacement and future upgrades without disassembling the frame.

An ergonomic tubular handle positioned 4" above the top shelf, with a smooth radius bend, provides comfortable, secure control during transport. Top shelf height is 35", with a notably generous 25" of clearance between shelves for taller items. Caster options are 5" polyurethane (1,200 lb capacity) or 5" thermorubber (800 lb capacity).

Fourteen configurations are available across seven sizes and both caster types.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 5" polyurethane casters rate the cart at 1,200 lbs with smooth, quiet rolling. 5" thermorubber casters rate at 800 lbs. Select based on the required load capacity for your application.

♦ Size, from 18"x36" up to 36"x48", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Deep shelf clearance, at 25" between shelves, the ES-Series offers more vertical clearance than most comparable Jamco service carts, making it well suited to taller equipment, stacked components, or bulkier items that need extra headroom on the lower shelf.

♦ Bolt-on caster replacement: the bolt-on caster design allows worn casters to be replaced or upgraded without requiring frame modification, reducing maintenance downtime over the life of the cart.
