The Jamco SE-Series Extra Durable 2-Shelf Steel Service Cart features all-welded construction, apart from the casters, for superior durability. Twelve-gauge steel shelves reinforced with under-bracing, 12-gauge caster mounts, and 3/16" thick angle corners provide the structural strength needed for demanding daily use.

Capacity depends on the caster type selected: 6" phenolic casters rate the cart at 4,800 lbs, 6" polyurethane casters at 3,600 lbs, and 6" mold-on rubber casters at 2,000 lbs. Select the caster type that matches both the required load capacity and the floor conditions in the operation.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity, phenolic casters (P6) provide the highest capacity at 4,800 lbs and are well suited to hard industrial floors. Polyurethane casters (U6) rate at 3,600 lbs and offer quieter, smoother rolling with reduced floor marking. Mold-on rubber casters (R6) rate at 2,000 lbs, the lowest of the three, but provide cushioned rolling and floor protection where that's a priority. Select based on the required capacity first, then on floor and noise considerations.

♦ Size, from 24"x30" up to 36"x48", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and available floor and aisle space. All sizes are available across all three caster types.

♦ Matching capacity to load, since capacity varies significantly by caster type (2,000 to 4,800 lbs), confirm the maximum expected load weight before selecting a caster type, as choosing based on floor preference alone could result in a cart rated below the actual load requirement.
