The Jamco XZ-Series 2-Shelf Stainless Steel Cart features all-welded construction, apart from the casters, with premium polished shelves in durable 16-gauge stainless steel for a smooth, hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. 1-1/2" stainless corner angles add structural strength throughout, and stainless caster mounts extend corrosion resistance to the mobility system as well.

Three configurations are available, all at 24"x36", with capacity and caster type varying by model.

Models and Specifications:

♦ XZ236-U5, 24" wide x 36" long x 35" high. 5" polyurethane casters. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Premium polished 16-gauge stainless shelves. 1-1/2" stainless corner angles.

♦ XZ236-S5, 24" wide x 36" long x 35" high. 5" polyurethane casters with stainless steel rigs. Capacity 1,200 lbs. Same construction and features as XZ236-U5 with upgraded stainless caster rigs.

♦ XZ236-Z8, 24" wide x 36" long x 39" high. 8" semi-pneumatic casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. Taller model with significantly higher capacity and improved shock absorption for rougher floor conditions.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 5" polyurethane casters provide 1,200 lb capacity at a lower cart height. The SS Rigs upgrade extends corrosion resistance further into the caster assembly at the same capacity. 8" semi-pneumatic casters increase capacity to 2,000 lbs with added shock absorption at a taller 39" height.

♦ SS Rigs caster upgrade: this option is worth prioritizing in continuously wet or washdown environments where extending corrosion resistance through the caster assembly, not just the frame and shelves, adds long-term value.
