The Little Giant Multi-Shelf Order Picking Truck is built for warehouse picking and staging, letting one operator carry more orders per run and reducing repeated travel across the floor. Shelves are all-welded 12-gauge steel for durability under daily handling, and are available with retaining lips or flush edges depending on your load style.

A 12-inch-long writing shelf, 21 inches wide on 24-inch trucks and 27 inches wide on 30-inch trucks, supports notes, scanners, and pick tickets right at the point of use. The sloped storage pocket, 14 inches wide by 12-1/2 inches long with a 4-3/4 inch access height, keeps paperwork visible and easy to grab without slowing down a pick run.

Rated at 3,600 lbs, the truck rolls on 6" by 2" phenolic casters, solid one-piece wheels that are high-pressure molded with reinforced, fiber-filled phenolic resin. These wheels are non-marking, chemical-resistant, and rated for high temperatures, offering the lowest rolling resistance on smooth floors of any caster type in this cart's lineup, though they don't absorb vibration well over rough surfaces or debris.

Twenty-eight configurations are available across five sizes, three shelf counts, and both lip styles.

Selection Guide:

♦ Shelf count: three, four, or five shelves; select based on the number of distinct orders or item categories that need to stay separated during a picking run. More shelves reduce mixed items but increase the truck's weight and height.

♦ Shelf style, retaining lip or flush edges, retaining-lip shelves help keep cartons and bins from creeping during starts, stops, and turns. Flush-edge shelves support side-loading, useful for bulkier cases.

♦ Size, from 24"x36" up to 30"x72", select based on the footprint of items being picked and the available floor and aisle space. Load heavier items on the lower shelves to improve stability and steering.

♦ Writing shelf and storage pocket, standard on every model, keep paperwork, scanners, and labels organized and aligned in the correct order throughout a pick run.

♦ Caster performance: the 6" by 2" phenolic casters roll with the lowest resistance on smooth, clean concrete. For routes with rough surfaces or debris, keep paths clear and avoid thresholds when carrying fragile items.
