Eagle Perforated Top Electropolished Stainless Cleanroom Table. This cleanroom table from Eagle features robust construction with a heavy gauge type of 304 stainless steel. The tabletop comprises 14 gauge electropolished stainless steel, reinforced with heavy gauge hat channels for superior durability and stability. Each table is meticulously alcohol-wiped and packaged in a cleanroom bag to maintain sterility. The edges are rolled down at 1 1/2" diameter at the front and rear, and the ends are turned down at 90 degrees and 1 1/2", allowing for flush installations as necessary.

The base assembly includes Eagle's patented "Strength by Design" uni-lok stainless steel gusset system, which is welded into the hat channel to reduce lateral movement significantly. The legs and cross bracing are constructed from 16 gauge stainless steel, 1 5/8" in diameter, with welded cross bracing that can be configured either front to back with options for center or rear knocked-down positioning.

The tabletop is designed with 3/4" diameter perforations on 1" centers, ensuring a minimum of 40% laminar flow, ideal for cleanroom environments. The tables come equipped with 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for easy leveling. All Eagle tables include stainless steel assembly hardware and are delivered in a knock-down format for efficient shipping and assembly.

Customers have the option to select from an electropolished stainless H-frame or C-frame base, with the model shown featuring an H-frame base.
