Pro-Line RT-Series Pop-Up Ball Top Transfer Workbench

The Pro-Line RT-Series Pop-Up Ball Transfer Workbench assists in the transfer and positioning of materials during production. Ball transfers raise 0.250 inches above the surface when a pneumatic toggle switch is activated, allowing work in process to be slid onto the station. Once the load is in position, the ball transfers retract, and the load is stabilized. Standard workbenches require 80 PSI of shop air to operate.

Retractable ball transfer stations are available in half- or full-length surface coverage, with two ball pattern options: a standard 6" x 6" pattern and a heavy-duty 3" x 6" pattern. The modular design allows for the mounting of optional accessories. Heavy-duty 2-inch square tubular legs offer stability, and leg extenders allow the surface height to be set from 30" to 36".

Available Configurations:

♦ ESD Laminate Top, Pro-Line's standard and most popular work surface. A plastic laminate surface with T-mold edges and radius corners for a durable, economical, worker-friendly station.
♦ Maple Top, solid maple work surface 1.75 inches thick, with both front and rear edges eased for worker comfort.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Work surface: choose the ESD Laminate Top for static-sensitive electronics work, or the Maple Top for heavier impact resistance and a traditional work surface feel.
♦ Ball pattern: the standard 6" x 6" pattern suits general transfer needs, while the heavy-duty 3" x 6" pattern suits denser load support requirements.
♦ Coverage and height: choose half- or full-length ball transfer coverage based on load path, and set leg extenders to the working height that suits your operators, from 30" to 36".
