The Vestil PEL-100S-D3 DC Powered Steel Quick Lift is a compact, high-reach lift that moves and positions loads quickly with push-button control. It is a practical choice for warehouses, stockrooms, and assembly areas where operators need to repeatedly lift items without manual lifting, especially in narrow aisles and tight workspaces.
This model pairs a durable steel frame with a baked-on powder-coat finish for long-term use in industrial environments. The high-density polyethylene platform provides a clean, tough surface that withstands daily handling. A 9 in horizontal load center helps keep lifting stable and predictable across the full service range.
For maneuverability and control, the unit uses poly casters with two swivel and two swivel-locking wheels, allowing tight turns and secure positioning at the work area. The DC power system includes two 12V AGM batteries and an onboard 115V AC charger, keeping the lift ready for everyday operation. Lift speeds are quick and consistent, both loaded and unloaded, supporting efficient workflows.
Optional add-ons include a detachable handheld control with coil cord for remote operation and programmable height indexing to preset multiple working heights at the touch of a button. Custom end attachments are also available for specialized applications.
