The Logitrans ELFSR 1001 is a powered lift and manual push rotator with fixed, non-adjustable box holders and straddle-leg construction. It combines the pallet flexibility of the straddle leg design, which accommodates all pallet types, including solid-deck, closed-bottom, and open-entry, with the operational simplicity and lower cost of fixed, non-adjustable box holders for operations that run a single, consistent box size.

The rotating attachment tilts boxes and crates beyond 90 degrees and has a 2,200 lb capacity, providing ergonomic access to contents without bending or back strain. Fork size is 22" or 27" wide x 49" long; specify at order. Powered lift, manual push.

Five models are available at lift heights of 36", 47", 55", 63", and 75". All specifications are otherwise identical.

♦ ELFSR 1001-55, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 55". Capacity 2,200 lb. Same specifications, with greater lift height.
♦ ELFSR 1001-63, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 63". Capacity 2,200 lb. Same specifications at a greater lift height.
♦ ELFSR 1001-75, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 75". Capacity 2,200 lb. Same specifications at the greatest lift height in the lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the working height required for comfortable content access after tilting. All five models are otherwise identical.
♦ ELFSR 1001 (straddle legs, non-adjustable) vs. ELFR 1001 (fork-over, non-adjustable), both use powered lift, manual push, and fixed non-adjustable box holders at the same five heights, forks, and capacity. The ELFR 1001 uses fork-over construction limited to open-entry pallets and is lower-priced. Choose the ELFSR 1001 specifically when solid-deck, closed-bottom, or mixed pallet types are present in the operation.
♦ ELFSR 1001 (non-adjustable) vs. ELFSRA 1001 (adjustable straddle), both use straddle legs, powered lift, and manual push at the same heights, forks, and capacity. The ELFSRA 1001 accommodates box widths from 31.5" to 48" via tool-free handle adjustment. The ELFSR 1001 uses fixed holders at a set width and is lower-priced. Choose the ELFSR 1001 when box dimensions are standardized, or the ELFSRA 1001 when you must handle multiple box widths.

Where Commonly Used:

The ELFSR 1001 is used in operations running a single consistent box size on solid-deck, closed-bottom, or mixed pallet types where a fork-over model wouldn't accommodate the pallet base, in high-repetition single-container-size picking on varying supplier pallets, in production line supply with standardized containers on solid-base skids, and in assembly operations that handle one consistent container size across mixed pallet types without needing the adjustability premium.
