Heavy-duty work stands and machine tables provide a rigid, stable platform for bench-mounted tools, production equipment, fixtures, and parts in machine shops, fabrication environments, MRO areas, and manufacturing plants. Two brands are available, Little Giant and Jamco, across three capacity classes and multiple configuration options.

Capacity ranges from 2,000 lbs for standard machine tables and work stands to 3,600 lbs for mobile machine tables, and up to 10,000 lbs for the heavy-duty Little Giant machine table series. Fixed-height and adjustable-height configurations are available. Stationary and mobile (on casters) options are available in select configurations.

♦ Little Giant Machine Table (alternate configurations), 2,000 lb capacity. Additional table sizes or configurations within the standard 2,000 lb stationary lineup.

♦ Little Giant Fixed Height Mobile Machine Table, 3,600 lb capacity. On casters for repositioning. Fixed height. Suited for applications where the machine table needs to be moved between positions without sacrificing capacity.

♦ Little Giant Adjustable Height Mobile Machine Table, 3,600 lb capacity. On casters with adjustable height. The most flexible configuration mobile and height-adjustable for maximum adaptability.

♦ Jamco WS-Series Work Stands, 2,000 lb capacity. Stationary work stands for general-purpose tool and equipment support in industrial work areas.

♦ Jamco WV-Series Work Stands, 2,000 lb capacity. Alternate Jamco work stand configuration. Call 866-333-0728 for specific size and feature differences between the WS and WV series.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Machine Shops and Fabrication: machine shops and fabrication operations mounting bench grinders, vises, drill presses, band saws, and other bench-mounted tools use heavy-duty machine tables for the structural stability required to prevent tool vibration from transmitting through an unstable base to the workpiece or tool.

♦ Production and Assembly Support: Production and assembly areas requiring dedicated, stable equipment positions for fixtures, gauges, presses, and assembly tools. Use machine tables to create permanent or semi-permanent equipment stations with known load capacity at each position.

♦ MRO and Maintenance Departments: Maintenance departments requiring mobile equipment positions use the caster-equipped mobile machine table configurations to bring the equipment to the repair position rather than moving the equipment being serviced.
